I didn't think any politician was stupid enough to revisit the LGR, but there
ya go. You'd think the NDP would be more creative when it comes to inventing
new layers of useless regulation for everyday life, since that is pretty much
the NDP's mission in a nutshell.

You have to chuckle at some of the idiocy. I remember when our resident idiot
was thrilled that the NDP and Liberals had united on the gun registry issue and
made steps leading to the downfall of the Conservative minority. She was quite
certain that Canadians would rally in favour of the gun registry. We got the
opposite. The Liberals ended up in third place and we had a Conservative
majority. Funny how things work out in the real world.

So you think that it was the gun registry issue that toppled the Liberals in 2006?

It was the SPONSORSHIP issue that toppled them. And the deluge of attack ads
from the Harper Cons.

It wasn't until 2012 that the long gun registry was scrapped. Did you notice
the 6-year gap in your faulty reasoning and statements?
